Perkins Sushi Roll
Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets, [Frozen, vacuum packed]
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- teriyaki sauce
- hoisin sauce
- wasabi paste
- nori
- avocado slices
Instructions
- Marinade salmon in a plastic bag with a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce and hoissin sauce.
- Meanwhile, make some Japanese sticky rice.
- After about an hour of marinading the salmon, cook on high heat on the grill. Reserve the marinate and put in a small sauce pan. Cook the salmon until fully cooked.
- Bring the reserved marinade to a boil and set aside.
- Make uramaki rolls by putting slices of avocado, salmon and about a teaspoon of reduced marinade.
