Lo Mein

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces thick spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 inches ginger, minced
  • ⅓ cup hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 onion, minced
  • baby carrots
  • water chestnuts
  • shredded cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta, drain and rinse under cold water. Add sesame oil and mix
  2. Saute onion, garlic and ginger until onion is translucent.
  3. Add cabbage and cook until wilted
  4. Add baby carrots and water chestnuts
  5. Add back pasta
  6. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce and add back noodles and heat until warm again
