Buffalo Chicken Pasta Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound Mezze Pasta
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup Frank's hot sauce
- 4 medium potatoes
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup evoo
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 grilled chicken breasts
Instructions
- Boil water, salt, add pasta
- Fork potatoes, microwave 4 minutes until soft, cube
- Mix all ingredients
