I had a few issues when upgrading to Snow Leopard.

1. MySQL wouldn’t start.  I had to recreate my alias to /usr/local/mysql
2. A bunch of timezone errors.  I had to copy my php.ini.default file back to php.ini in /etc and then uncomment out the date.timezone line:  date.timezone = America/New_York
3. I had to change references to <? to <?php

Seems to be working now though!
