- 2 salmon filets, [Frozen, vacuum packed]
- soy sauce
- oyster sauce
- teriyaki sauce
- hoisin sauce
- wasabi paste
- nori
- avocado slices
Method
Marinade salmon in a plastic bag with a mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce and hoissin sauce.
Meanwhile, make some sticky rice.
After about an hour of marinading the salmon, cook on high heat on the grill. Reserve the marinate and put in a small sauce pan. Cook the salmon until fully cooked.
Bring the reserved marinade to a boil and set aside.
Make uramaki rolls by putting slices of avocado, salmon and about a teaspoon of reduced marinade.
