Lo Mein

--Ingredients
- 16 ounces thick spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 inches ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 onion, minced
- baby carrots
- water chestnuts
- shredded cabbage
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
Method
Cook pasta, drain and rinse under cold water.
Saute onion, garlic and ginger until onion is translucent.
Add cabbage and cook until wilted
Add baby carrots and water chestnuts
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce and add back noodles and heat until warm again
