Feta Cream Greek Pasta

- 1 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion
- fresh oregano
- 2 lbs. penne pasta
Method
Melt the butter in a pan and sautee the garlic for a minute or two.
Crumble the 1/2 lb feta into the butter/garlic mix.
Stir slightly as the feta melts (1-3 minutes).
Drain the pasta you have cooked and place in a bowl.
Pour the melted feta mix over the hot pasta and toss.
