- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup yellow onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 lb. chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes

Marinate for at least one hour or overnight
