Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin
  • soy sauce
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • honey
  • pineapple juice

Method

Marinate pork in ingredients for up to 24 hours.

Preheat over to 375

Remove from marinade and pat dry. In a cast iron pot, heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil until smoking.

Sear pork on each side and then place in baking pan. Baste meat with Asian Chinese Rib Sauce. Place pork in oven and remove when temperature reads 150 degrees.

The browned bits from the seared pork can now be deglazed to be used in a Lo Mein or Fried Rice recipe.
