Fitness test

Today is the first day of Insanity which means the fitness test. The plan was to do the fitness test after work and when the kids went to bed. Workout room setup

The workout room is all setup. The TV is mounted and the bracket from monoprice.com worked out beautifully. I'm really impressed with the quality and the completness of the bracket and kit for only 25 bucks! Starting the diet

Today we started our Insanity based diets. Since I didn't start the workout yet, I just ate three small meals: - granola bar - salad with grilled chicken (8 oz) - 1 1/2 pieces grill chix, brown rice, roasted brocolli Still need to go to whole foods tomorrow to pick up some more food.
