Starting the diet

Category: Insanity Workout Project

Today we started our Insanity based diets. Since I didn’t start the workout yet, I just ate three small meals:

- granola bar
- salad with grilled chicken (8 oz)
- 1 1/2 pieces grill chix, brown rice, roasted brocolli

Still need to go to whole foods tomorrow to pick up some more food. Missing video parts still have an ETA of Thursday.

The plan is to do the workouts at night after the kids go to bed. I’m not sure how this work out (pun), so well see.
