Insanity Workout Day 3

Since we were both home today because of the Snow, we got to do this workout before dinner which was great. The workout wasn’t that bad, but I couldn’t stay with Tony the entire way. It wasn’t as much endurance as it was muscle fatigue. Although I love the V pushups, my arms were jelly after a few sets. Overall, I think it was good though and I’m looking forward to pushing myself more today.

I have been sticking with the diet and probably need to eat more. Today I only ate an orange for breakfast where I should have had two small meals already.

It’s occurred to me that this is my Julie and Julia moment in blogging and the first time I’m actually blogging about my life. Normally, my blog posts are more informational than personal, but I guess I’m doing this to keep myself motivated
