Fitness test

Today is the first day of Insanity which means the fitness test. The plan was to do the fitness test after work and when the kids went to bed. I got home around 7pm and had a relatively lite dinner which included a few strips of flank steak, brocollini, beans and some bread.
The fitness test was really hard, but I didn’t feel it was impossible. My numbers were actually pretty on par for the guy in the video, but the girl kicked ass. Is she a cyborg or something!?
Anyway, here are my numbers:
Switch Kicks: 73
Power Jacks: 40
Power Knees: 67
Power Jumps: 35
Globe Jumps: 6
Suicide Jumps: 16
Push-Up Jacks: 11
Low Plank Oblique: 38
After the push up jacks I started to feel sick. By the end of the workout I was upstairs in the bathroom and basically got sick. I think the lesson learned here is to eat AFTER the workout. Sort of a dumb move on my part and Ill know better next time.
