Day 15 – Fitness test 2

Category: Insanity Workout Project

For some reason I thought the second fit test was going to be an easy workout. Well, not so at all!

Here are my results with % increase:

Switch Kicks: 92 – 21% improvement
Power Jacks: 43 – 7%
Power Knees: 67 – 14%
Power Jumps: 35 – 0%
Globe Jumps: 11 – 45%
Suicide Jumps: 17 – 6%
Push-Up Jacks: 24 – 54%
Low Plank Oblique: 62 – 49%

Overall avg % gain: 24.5%!

Diet: Did great today even though we want out for a team celebratory lunch. I was able to resist the chips and salsa and contained myself to only 3 chips with a spoonful of homemade guacamole. For lunch, I had steak fajitas which consisted of: 3 flour tortillas, pico de salsa, onions, peppers and steak [no cheese!]

I weighted in at my lowest yet at 186lbs
