Day 12
Category: Insanity Workout Project
The cardio abs has to be my favorite workout. Since my main goal is to try to find my abs, I can feel the most work within my core during this workout. It’s also not as bananas as pure cardio, which scares me.
As far as the girls in the video, you have to love Ariel and Arianna. They are animals and look like they already did 3 rounds of Insanity before they started.
One more workout until the Sunday rest day!
Pain points: Knees hurt during butt kicks so I’m being cautious on form and making sure I’m not overaly stressing anything. The good news is that the pain I had in my back has gone away.
Weight: Got down to 188.5 which was encouraging. Of course, according to BMI calculators, I’m still overweight. I’m looking forward to getting to 185.
Diet: Going really well and we’re eating super healthy. I don’t feel like I’m cheating at all and eating really well. I think a good side effect is that I feel like I have more energy throughout the day. That being said, I am dying to eat a bag of salt and pepper chips or a bowl of fettucini alfredo!
