The cardio abs has to be my favorite workout. Since my main goal is to try to find my abs, I can feel the most work within my core during this workout. It's also not as bananas as pure cardio, which scares me.
As far as the girls in the video, you have to love Ariel and Arianna. They are animals and look like they already ...

I think I pushed myself too hard during the push ups and I stressed my upper back a little. The good news is that next day I'm not feeling any tenderness so I'm ok. The lesson learned here is what Tony says all the time, "Don't sacrifice form!"
Back down to 189lbs and keeping my diet on track. I'm hoping to break that 188 mark soon.

Day 4 was a pleasure. Thank god it's a "rest" type workout because my arms were still like jelly.
Day 5 was cardio madness. It actually wasn't THAT bad. Of course, I couldn't keep up with Sean, but either could half the class in the video. I did the best I could and I definitely felt the burn in my core. What ...
