Day 15 – Fitness test 2

For some reason I thought the second fit test was going to be an easy workout. Well, not so at all! Insanity Workout Day 3

Since we were both home today because of the Snow, we got to do this workout before dinner which was great. The workout wasn't that bad, but I couldn't stay with Tony the entire way. Fitness test

Today is the first day of Insanity which means the fitness test. The plan was to do the fitness test after work and when the kids went to bed. I got home around 7pm and had a relatively lite dinner which included a few strips of flank steak, brocollini, beans and some bread.
