Preparing for Montana
Day 1: ran 2 miles and had to walk most of it Day 2: ran 1/2 mile and walked 1.5. Should have biked because my legs are burnt. Day 3: nada Day 4: Hiked 5 miles with 20lbs of gear in backpack [mostly water]. Not as sore as I thought. Will try running again tomorrow. Day 5: Ran 1.5 miles in 22 minutes on 2.0 include on treadmill. Could ...
