Day 1: ran 2 miles and had to walk most of it Day 2: ran 1/2 mile and walked 1.5. Should have biked because my legs are burnt. I keep my gear list up to date by using google docs spreadsheet. It doesn't support images [yet], so I created a simple control that sources in the spreadsheet and the replaces the [[ ]] tags with proper html tags.
