Preparing for Montana

Day 1: ran 2 miles and had to walk most of it
Day 2: ran 1/2 mile and walked 1.5. Should have biked because my legs are burnt.
Day 3: nada
Day 4: Hiked 5 miles with 20lbs of gear in backpack [mostly water]. Not as sore as I thought. Will try running again tomorrow.
Day 5: Ran 1.5 miles in 22 minutes on 2.0 include on treadmill. Could not sustain 6.0mph and alternated between 3.5 and 6.0 2 minute runs. Legs hurt after 2 minutes of running, but feel fine now.
Day 6-12: Nada
Day 13: 30 minute eliptical
Day 14: Nada
Need to find more time for exercise. No more excuses.
